Airport bus dropped us off within one block of our hotel. Very convenient. However, the day we were to leave Amsterdam, there was a marathon right in our neighbourhood and as such as could not use the pass back to the airport as the tram was not stopping near us but being diverted. We had to hire a taxi for 40 Euros which was expensive. But got us there in plenty of time. So make sure that the route you want to take will be available at the times you need it.

Highly recommended. Landed in Schiphol airport, exchanged my voucher to the actual transport ticket in one of the public transport machines reading the QR code. The ticket is valid to take you from airport to central station and unlimited trips inside the city as well.

It is really a good option to travel in amsterdam and its region. The only bad aspect of it is that you can not active it online and you must go to the centers to active it. So online sale is a joking.

The bus is easy and great, but the mobile tickets do not work if you have Apple Pay as the bus also has a NFC scanner which brings up the cards before the QR code scans. Please fix this on the app!

Fit for purpose. Plenty of good sights to see as you pass through the stops on the way into Amsterdam city centre. Make sure you scan your barcode when you board and alight from the bus.
