On the whole it was excellent we arrived 20 minutes late due to traffic changes downdown. We were received graciously and my mother helped on board. The guide for the tour of the windmill did not show up but the boatdriver verified found out the guide was not coming waited for us and took us to continue to bus to garden. The Keukenhauf Garden was magnificent and lived up to our expectations in every way. They were the focal point of taking my mother to Amsterdam and were the best part of our trip!!

The organisation by get your guide was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cruise was oversold and misleading. It states on the website that you pass through beautiful countryside with tulip fields and traditional Dutch villages.. We went in April but there wasn’t a tulip in sight and only a few houses scattered here and there. The host on the boat was very grouchy. The windmill visit was nice but only lasted 10 mins before the bus to the Keukenhof gardens. The gardens did however make up for it. The tulips were all in full bloom and the grounds beautifully kept. Well organised route and although very busy wasn’ t too overcrowded to enjoy. Would definitely recommend a visit to Keukenhof but don’t waste your money on the cruise.

We were told to get on the wrong bus. We had the spring windmill cruise scheduled then Keukenhoff and I separately purchased the whisper cruise at Keukenhoff. Hop on Hop corrected the problem and sent us to the windmill cruise later in the day but we had to leave the Keukenhoff early and we lost our whisper cruise I purchased separately because it was now at the same time as the rescheduled windmill cruise. Also we wasted time going back to the parking lot twice to talk to the representative.
