Esmeralda was a great guide! She gave us introductions pitched at the right level and time to take in the sights. Stefan was an excellent driver, friendly and made us feel safe. The trip itself was memorable- madurodam was interesting, the court at The Hague was a great sight (The Hague seems a beautiful town and worth a day in itself), delft was charming, with its canals, the pottery factory demonstration, and the market. The cruise at Rotterdam was welcome cool on a warm sunny day. Rotterdam city centre was nice, the cube houses are funky, and one of them is actually open to the public! Would recommend!
This was a well-organized tour and we were very satisfied. Our guide 'G', did a great job - speaking when needed, and allowing us to enjoy the sights at other times. I recommend this day trip from Amsterdam - it's a quick ride through the The Hague with a short stop, a stop at Madurodam (a small amusement park), an extended stop at Delft (a lovely village with very old churches and buildings that are worth a visit) and ending with a boat tour around Rotterdam harbor.
