Canal biking has been a top Amsterdam attraction since 1984. Paddle your way through the canals at your leisure and take the kids along for some great fun. They’re sure to enjoy the ride more than a standard Amsterdam canal cruise.
Discover Amsterdam’s main attractions at your own pace, passing by many of the city’s historic buildings along the way.
Choose a 1 or 1.5-hour rental and customize the route to your interests. See the Rijksmuseum, the Anne Frank House, the Skinny Bridge, and the Amstel River, as well as other attractions such as the Mint Tower, St. Nicholas Church, the Golden Bend, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, Albert Cuyp Market, and the old city gates.

Know before you go
- To ensure that you don’t miss a thing along the way, you’ll receive a free guidebook containing a map and canal routes around the city
- Wi-Fi access is available through the Canal network, and is available at the point of departure
- In case of rain, the operator will pop a hood on your pedal boat so you’ll be able to brave the canals unhindered (it is still recommended that you have your rain suit with you, since the sides are open)
- There is a 20€ deposit per pedal boat
- If you decide to return the boat to a different location there is 20€ charge
