Excellent bus driver/ tour. Great English speaking staff. Very good value for money tour I really enjoyed. The bus driver was also extremely friendly and gave us some information on the way back to Amsterdam about the history of the area and some interesting facts which I appreciated

It was decent! The departure was pretty hectic as you walk from their shop in the centraal station out to the road some ways to get to the bus. There’s no line system when you get to the bus so there’s a bit of wait and disorganisation getting into the bus. However besides that, it’s an easy, direct way to get to keukenhof and it’s nice not to have to figure out a way back after. Bus was there when we needed to go. Bus was clean and journey was fine. Would recommend getting to the shop 30 mins prior to departure so you don’t miss the walk out to the bus.

The tour to the gardens was amazing, i love flowers. So, i had really good time there. However, i bought the tour with a audio guide in Spanish. The company has no clue about it and no one was able to explain me or provide me the audio guide, which i paid for. So please be aware of this, i made my complain, because i paid for s service i couldn't get. So far, i didn't get any answer.
