This was a good trip. We took the 17:30pm slot. Boat was pretty full up but I expect it’s always like this as the boat before is was full too. Nice smooth trip through the canals. Lasted an hour. It’s a nice way to see the city. The guide spoke now and then but it was mostly quiet. There were earphones provided if you wanted to hear a guided tour.

This semi-open canal boat is brand new type of cruise boat that features all the comforts of a larger vessel. When the weather is good, the partially open roof makes it possible to enjoy an open boat experience.

In the event the weather is not so favorable however, the boat’s top can be closed while still ensuring spectacular views of Amsterdam’s sights from the canal network. The boats run on solar energy, are silent and completely emission free.

Your 1-hour experience will be enhanced by an audio guide that’s available in 19 different languages.
