Amsterdam: Private Luxury Cruise with Pizza and Drinks

In itself a nice boat tour. The boat itself was a bit worn out and not really luxurious. The guide and captain were friendly but we got little to no explanation regarding sights. It also took some searching for the pickup place. The pizzas were good, from a well-known pizza chain. But all in all, just for the pizza, quite expensive compared to other boat trips

Honestly just an average experience for us. The activity provider (FunBoats) had good communication and accommodated a special request for the menu. There was some communication gap in clearly staying where boat was docked. That said, we had a few main issues vs the activity description: 1) while our captain was kind, he was not the knowledgeable guide telling us all about the history and sights of Amsterdam as we cruised in silence. 2) Boat was clean, but using the term luxury to describe it is a stretch. 3) I’m all but certain our particular boat was not electric. We also had a logistical issue in that our pizzas were somehow left behind or delivered late. While delicious pizza, it was a bit cold when it finally arrived and also the delivery didn’t include napkins, utensils, etc…and there was nothing on board to use instead. Overall a bit of a bummer as while we did enjoy it, it wasn’t as amazing as we were hoping based on description and other reviews.
