Eating while cruising through the canals, there is no dinner experience more fitting to a visit to Amsterdam than this one. This Canal Cruise departing from Centraal Station is a feast for both your eyes and your tastebuds. The cruise glides gently past many of the city’s most famous landmarks in all their nighttime glory, including the elegant merchant houses and former warehouses of the Canal Belt, and the beautiful Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge). As you cruise, you will be served a 4-course dinner of freshly made dishes, served with a selection of wines and soft drinks. Multilingual commentary will explain the highlights you encounter during the cruise, such as the old port area, Anne Frank House, and more.

Choose between three menu options: meat, fish, or the vegetarian menu. Each menu includes a delicious green pea soup with grilled green asparagus. All menu options conclude with homemade tiramisu made with Dutch 'Stroopwafels' for dessert.

Meat Menu: Appetizer: Beef tartare with a poached egg yolk with fresh piccalilli, crispy brioche Main: Beef casserole with potato cream, balsamic sauce and green vegetables.

Fish Menu:Appetizer: House smoked salmon with roasted potato salad and a wasabi mayonnaise Main course: Cod baked in the skin with potato cream, green vegetables and Lime Beure Blanc sauce

Vegetarian Menu: Appetizer: Brioche bun filled with airy scrambled egg, baked spinach, feta, avocado and a fresh salad Main course: Lasagna of roasted vegetables with tomato basil sauce topped with spicy Italian cheese.

The organization was good and all went smoothly as per directions. The personnel was professional and friendly. The boat was comfortable and the food was good and well presented. I wish the bathroom was cleaner. The windows could have been also cleaner to allow better views of the scenery. The captain offered commentary which was much appreciated. Overall happy and will recommend ☺️

I booked the cruise for me and my partner to celebrate his birthday. We were both looking forward to enjoy a romantic dinner on the cruise boat. I have booked the trip in advance but the organisation is poor. The boat was fully booked and we ended up sharing the table with another couple ( same disappointment from their part when find out they have to share the table). We notice that other couples ended sharing the table with strangers and disappointment was on their face. I have raised my concern with the waitress and the answer was that the others have booked the tables and if i am not happy to raise it with a manager. For the price we paid for the dinner, is not worth it. If you are looking for some quality and romantic time with your partner, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT CRUISE. We had booked a Wine and Cheese cruise a day before this one and that was amazing. We didn't have to share the table with no one and we could enjoy the ride down the canels being able also to take pictures.

We truly enjoyed this boat trip. The staff and captain were friendly and welcoming. The meal was very delicious. The salmon was among the best I’ve ever tasted. Wine was in abundance as well as bottled beer and soft drinks. A lovely romantic sail on the river at sunset. Highly recommend
