This tour is highly recommended to all those who want to learn and know more about Amsterdam history. Amsterdam is well known for its main highlights - involving the red light district and legalized drugs - but Amsterdam has also a ton of history and museums on offer. Our tour leader, Ronald, was very informed and walked us through several interesting places whilst explaining their roles. A bonus point worth mentioning is that our guide stayed with us for an additional hour, over the stipulated time, whilst answering all our questions. The tour ends near the Anne Frank house which we combined soon afterwards. Highly recommended.

This was a great tour. I couldn't get tickets to Anne Frank's House so this was an alternative option. I've hear mixed reviews about the house and was annoyed to miss out, but I was so happy I went on the tour, it was very hot but still really interesting and I probably learned more than I would have done in Anne's house. Also Janet was very insightful on topics such as Anne and the impacts WWII had not only on her and her family but also the Jewish community and Amsterdam as whole.

Clare, our guide, was amazing. The tour was extremely detailed and covered so much history throughout the main parts of the city. As a family we learnt so much and are really happy we chose to do this tour. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone willing to learn more about the Jewish history of Amsterdam, and the Frank family. A really worthwhile experience. Thank you!
