Great ticket and easy way to get around Amsterdam on all modes of public transport. Amsterdam is not a cheap city, but this ticket helps in getting you around easily. The buses, trams, metros and trains are all good and frequent so are a great way to get around. The pick up point machine at Amsterdam Central was not very easy to find, so we went into the NS travel office on the canal side and the staff there were very helpful and were able to issue us with passes from our voucher.

My trip to Amsterdam was absolutely amazing. What a great place. And having this travel card made things so much easier getting around. And brilliant value for money. Will definitely be getting another when I come back. Public transport there is top notch! And very reliable.

Important: the scanner to read the OCR code is on the lower right part of front of the machine. That is the hardest part. Once you have your ticket anywhere in the city is never more than 5 blocks from a tram stop. Google has a great map function that can show you bus, tram, and subway to you destination. Some trams have a person in the back who can provide more help. We loved exploring before our Viking cruise.
