It is excellent for those arriving in the city, as the airport is far from the center. I stayed close to Vondelpark and it would be much more complicated if I had to take another transport. However, the voucher for the trip went very smoothly, on the way back, it didn't work, I believe it was invalid, luckily some drivers are used to it and let it pass. The bus itself is very simple, like a circular, but very comfortable.

Using the 397 AirPort Express was so easy and much cheaper than paying €45 for a taxi. Bus Stan was easy to find, the bus had plenty of seats and information on each stop. It dropped us 2 minutes from our hotel. The return journey was just as easy. It took about 20- 25 minutes. The bus is not as frequent after 6pm about every 12 minutes, during the day every 5 minutes. A very reliable way to get in to the city centre.

Punctual and very comfortable. Following the app instructions everything was easy and clear. On the way up we showed the voucher and they let us through. The bus is the 397! At the airport you can take it from platform B17, on the way back you can take it at one of the same stops as for the outward journey (on the opposite side of the road of course)
