i was skeptical at first because i got scammed before in the same activity. i am from canada an a traveller, upon exiting the custon, the driver was waiting for me outside with my name placard on it. everything went well, the driver was nice and the car was clean. one day before the pick up, i contacted GYG to ask for the name of the driver who will pick me up. and GYG was so helpful and i gave them 5 ⭐️.. thank you

My arrival was pretty delayed but the driver was right there waiting for me exactly where I was instructed to go. This was such an easy process and let me not worry about how to get to my hotel after a long haul flight (and as a solo woman traveler). Excellent service!

I didn’t get out the airport until around midnight, and Faisan was waiting for me with a clear sign with my name on. He was very understanding when I said I needed to get a SIM card and waited for me patiently to do so, whilst putting my bags carefully in the car. I felt super safe in the car with him, his driving was very safe and Faisan was really chatty which was such a nice welcome to Jordan. He stopped off twice on the way to my Airbnb and bought me coffee and baklava from a dessert shop, this was such a nice touch and made me really happy. We had a bit of trouble finding the AirBnB, but Faisan was always reassuring me and got out the car to go and find it for me. He then helped me carry my luggage down a long set of steep steps. He was always going above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and was being looked after. He made my trip so special and should deserve all the credit and praise for this. Shukran Faisan!
