Be picked up from your accommodation in Amman and enjoy a panoramic visit of Jordan's capital. Amman is a city enriched with glamour of the past and the present. Visit ancient and modern Amman by visiting the main highlights of the breathtaking view of old Amman from the Citadel - down town area with a short free time in the old gold and spice markets like Al Bukaria Souk. After that hit the road towards the Dead Sea. Be driven to visit the Dead Sea and the desert of Moab, which is 55 kilometers from Amman – the lowest point on earth, 400 meters under sea level. The Dead Sea is one of the most incredible places in the world. It is known for the Biblical story of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorra, which was turned into salt. The Dead Sea speaks for itself; there is no living fish! It is by far one of Jordan’s most impressive and spectacular places to visit. Its calm shining water glowing from its scorching sun is known for the concentration of salt and minerals, which makes it a therapeutic as well as a unique swimming experience not to be missed. The driver was very dishonest on the Dead Sea Tour by getting us to join a lunch buffet, muddling and DeadSea floating tour that we were told initially at a private club. It ended up we were joining the activities at a hotel only a few blocks away from the Crowne Plaza Hotel where we were staying. We payed the driver an extra $150 for something that we can enjoy without extra charge at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I can said the driver intentionally cheat us and perhaps more future travelers. He left us at the hotel but have another driver to give us ride to the Crowne Plaza Hotel

Interesting but expensive

The tour of Amman was poor, it could be done in particular, the entrance to the Dead Sea very expensive. The very dirty sea, being a low season the resort does not worry about keeping clean
