Abdullah was a fantastic guide! We booked a trip to Petra and the Dead Sea from Amman, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Initially, we were quite disappointed because our original travel plans fell through due to an unexpected flight cancellation. The tour was supposed to be non-changeable and non-refundable, but Abdullah was incredibly understanding and graciously allowed us to reschedule. Throughout the trip, he made sure we saw everything we wanted and tailored the itinerary to our needs. He even agreed to drop us off at a different location than originally planned, which was incredibly helpful. His flexibility, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference.
