It was a very good experience overall. The car was very comfortable, with music, cell phone charger (Android/iPhone), sugary gummies and complimentary bottles of water. The conversations with Ramzi were very pleasant. He took us to a stop where we could drink Jordanian coffee, which was really good. The prices of some souvenirs were more expensive than in the shops in Petra. The people were very kind to us and we appreciated that. In addition, they spoke English and Spanish. Although the three-hour trip may seem long, it was pleasant and shorter than expected. He also offered us guidance/recommendation to find a tour guide if necessary, which in our case we did not do and did on our own. He dropped us off at the entrance and told us where to buy the tickets. Finally, he picked us up at the same entrance after letting him know that we finished the tour to return to our hotel.
