My driver Ramzi was fantastic, An absolute pleasure to ride along side with on our journey to Petra. If you are lucky enough to have him as your driver then you have hit the jackpot and if you’re able I would recommend you ask for him specifically. Our driver Ramzi was great. He arrived on time, we had a short bathroom/coffee break after about 1.5 hours and also stopped off at Petra Grand View for a few minutes - the view was amazing. We got to Petra perfectly on time and Ramzi gave us a portable WiFi so we could contact him once we were finished. Petra is spectacular. Getting to Qasr al-Bint was easy and there are many different things to see along the way. Getting to the Monastery, if walking, is pretty tough. We asked Ramzi to collect us 40 mins after the allotted 5 hours - we had tried to be as close to the 5 hours as possible, but the free shuttle bus back to the entrance makes an unnecessary stop at the Cultural Centre for 20 mins. Ramzi got us back to Amman safely. He was polite, patient, a great driver and his car was comfortable. Thanks for a fantastic day.
