    Explore some of Jordan's most spectacular sites on a 2-day, private tour for (1-7 people) from Amman. 

    Day 1: Amman - Petra

    Depart Amman and travel south to Petra. Founded by the Nabateans, Petra is considered one of the wonders of the world. Located 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman, Petra was carved in stone more than 2,000 years ago. It dominated the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Upon arrival, walk the narrow path of the Siq to discover the main entrance to the city. At the end of the Siq, see the Treasury (al-Khazneh), which was believed to hold countless treasures. Continue to the monastery and Altar of Sacrifice. Then, transfer to Wadi Rum in the afternoon. Spend the night in a Bedouin camp and enjoy dinner and some night time activities.

    Day 2: Wadi Rum - Dead Sea

    After breakfast, drive to Wadi Rum by 4WD jeep. Wadi Rum ("Valley of the Moon") is where the legendary film "Lawrence of Arabia" was filmed. Marvel at the unique shape of the mountain as it rises from the rose-red sand of the desert. See towering cliffs of brownish, reddish and golden colors.  Then transfer to the Dead Sea, famous for the biblical story of Sodom and Gomorrah. Located 400 meters below sea level, the Dead Sea is one of Jordan's most spectacular sites. Marvel at the calm waters glinting in the scorching sun. Legendary for its high concentration of salt and minerals, the Dead Sea is therapeutic and provides for a unique swimming experience. After some free time to swim, return to your hotel in Amman.

    We spent on this trip 2 days and it felt like we saw all the highlights of Jordan. We started in Petra and went in from behind, not the main entrance which was perfect cause we were immediately at monastery and then continued to walk down to the centre and treasury. We spent 7 hrs in Petra and came in the evening to Wadi Rum desert camp just right for the delicious dinner :) Next day we started with amazing jeep ride in the desert, later had a look at beautiful Aqaba and took a bath in Dead sea and even though it was a lot of traveling it was not exhausting but very much entertaining. If you like adventure combined with getting to know new places, people and tasting local food - this trip is the right one for you! Our tour guide Zaid and driver Khaled were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable and they made our experience a unique one :)

    Amazing experience - we were 3 guests and enjoyed everything. It's a fantastic way to see the highlights of Jordan in a short period of time. Our driver Mohammad was really nice - very friendly and patient. We talked a lot about Brazilian football :) . The car was very comfortable, and the schedule was well done. We could see all the sights. In Petra we even had enough time to make it to the Monastery, which is quite a hike. We did the Wadi Rum 4x4 tour in the first day, after Petra, which was perfect to check its main spots and the sunset. We stayed at the Rum Magic Nights camp, which is a new camp in Wadi Rum and very, very comfortable (we had a deluxe tent). All in all, we highly recommend this tour.
