the guide was very nice, although we didn't see big alligators, he picked up a friend who catched two baby alligators. Although is didn't last for 5 hours, as mentioned, but only 4, ok. The only inconvenience was that the guide didn't know English, and in the booking details was written about a bilingual guide. Overall a nice experience, I would recommend it.
Come and watch some of the richest manifestations of culture and folklore of the Amazon! Every Thursday, starting at 7:00 PM, there is a live performance of the Dança Vermelha Folklore Group, presenting their musical showcasing indigenous rituals from the Parintins Folklore Festival. The Thematic Dinner will serve typical regional dishes as well as delicious tropical fruit desserts. There will also be an exclusive welcome stand with snacks and the famous indigenous delicacy Tacacá.
it is ok but there are some organizational issues once you are inside the Novotel as some of the staff do not know this is sold as tour or activity. Besides, the show starts at the same time guests have started serving food so there is interference. But beyond that, the driver FRANCISCO MAIA comes punctually and he is a fun guy.
On the first day, you'll start around at around 8:00 AM, being picked up from your accommodation and then heading to the port. Here, you'll take a boat and head off for a full day of activities. One of the many highlights of the first day is the meeting of the waters from the Negro and Solimões rivers. You'll get to visit the floating village of Catalão and the Pirarucu fish farm (the biggest freshwater fish with scales). See the lake with water lilies, go piranha fishing, and, depending on the season, ride through the flooded forests. Learn about a different way of life as you visit an indigenous tribe, go on a night excursion looking for caymans, and then spend the night in a local river dweller's home. On the second day, start early in the morning to see the sunrise and go for a nature walk. At 8:00 AM, you'll go trekking in the jungle and learn about survival techniques. See the a...

We enjoyed the excursion very much. The organization is at the highest level. We contacted the guide before the start of the tour and clarified all the important nuances. Due to the restrictions due to the pandemic, we did not visit all the planned places, but thanks to our guide, the trip turned out to be as rich and interesting as possible. The guide was very attentive and patient. I told a lot of interesting things. The food was delicious home-style. In two days we saw all the most important and interesting! We were very, very satisfied!

I’m so satisfied with half day alligator tour, highly recommended !
Very adventurous but also very safe. I was actually the only one on this experience and had a private experience pretty much, I appreciate the company not cancelling it. Beautiful trip down a side tributary of the amazon, caught a couple pirahnas, and got to see gators up close and personal.
They were picked up from the hotel as described, driven to the port and from there we went with 2 friendly gentlemen and a small passenger boat to the Amazon region. Language only Portuguese, but no problem for this activity. Great and exciting experience to see this area with your own eyes
Perfectly organized tour with professional Piranha fisherman and alligator hunter in tow who catches them with bare hands (obviously alligator cubs)
