In general a good tour, but nothing special, I would expecting something more for 150 euro, of course this has nothing to do with the guide Francesca, that was amazing, really helpful and kind. The time spendable in the cities is not enough, in the first stop, Amalfi, if you would like to eat you must sit somewhere straight after the boat has left you there or it would be too late, in Positano I suggest they make some kind of agreement with any of the Lido to allowed the guest from the tour to have a sunbed for the 2 hours they can spend there, as with new Covid regulation there is no free beach available and even if you are actually allowed to go in the water, you aren't allowed to leave your belongs anywhere in the beach of the lido.
Max was our guide and he was absolutely fantastic. He had such rich knowledge of the area and its history and was able to inform us of this all throughout our drive. We stopped on route to a Limoncello shop just outside of Sorrento which was wonderful. In terms of the Amalfi Coast, Max stopped for one hour at Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to have a walk around each place and got to enjoy its beauty. Ravello was by far the most idyllic, the gardens there are a must!. Max also arranged for us to have lunch on the Amalfi coast at a restaurant that had the my exquisite view of the coastline. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend!
The tour was basic, but a good way to get to Capri and go around the whole island by boat. I think it worked out to be good value. I’m glad we took the tour. The only downsides were that we were not given any information about Capri before our 6 hours free time. It would have been good to have some top tips on where to go and what to see. Also, social distancing on the boat was not the easiest to maintain. Everyone had to wear masks for the duration of the journey, which was great, but everyone had to sit quite close together.
Very good service and attentive. They sell water on the way to Capri and back. Just wish they had a better way to separate the people that payed for the tour around the island and the people that just pay to get to the island. They have you get off the boat to wait in line to get on again. The tour says 7:30 but you actually leave at 8:30. The actual tour around the island was very good and they made quick stops in the important sites for you to admire as they explained, gave information, on said site.
The tour was great. We had two swim stops and plenty of time in each of the ports (Amalfi & Positano 1hr 30mins each). The boat was a good size for the group and very comfortable with all of the cushions up front. The guide Francesca & the captain Mikele were brilliant, very informative and looked after us well. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
