Valencia is Spain´s 3rd largest city and capital to the Costa Blanca. Situated, some two hours by coach from Albir, Altea, Benidorm & Calpe, the beautiful city of Valencia is definitely worth a visit for those looking to immerse themselves in the culture and tradition that this city has to offer. The city has roots dating back to the Romans, who founded a colony on the shores of the Turia river in 138 a.c. and today is the perfect mix of contemporary versus tradition, with stunning architecture through the ages that proudly stand, helping to tell the story and history of Valencia. Your journey will start with a pickup by air-conditioned coach from one of the points in Albir, Altea Benidorm or Calpe*. Once everyone is on board, the travelling time to Valencia is around 2 hours. On arrival, you will be given 5-hours of free time to explore the city and all it has to offer. The drop off point in Valencia is at the Torres de Serranos, gateway to the historic part of the city and just a short walk from the cathedral and main center. One of the best ways to see the city is with an official guide and you will have the option to purchase a guided walking tour of the old part of the city, taking in some of the most emblematic buildings that will last around 75 to 80 minutes at a cost of just 8€ per person. This is to be paid on the day to the representative on the coach. Those wishing to visit the Oceanografic (sea world) centre or the Mestalla football ground, can do so as "optional extras" which the representative on the day will explain to you. Prices can vary depending on the seasons but full details and correct prices will be given to you on the day of your trip. Valencia is a very large city and can get very busy at certain times of the year. The excursion will be accompanied by an English speaking representative who will confirm timings and meeting points on the day. The return journey will be made with drop offs at the original meeting points being made in reverse order, starting at the last pickup point made and always finishing in Albir. Services from Calpe and Altea are only availble from June to November. Please be aware that Valencia is some distance away from Albir, Altea, Benidorm and Calpe and travelling time plus time making pickups and drop offs should be taken into account prior to booking. Activity duration times are only a guideline and can vary.

During the journey we will discover many magical corners such as caves, cliffs, fishing grounds and beaches with little influx of people that complete the wonderful Sierra del Morro de Toix . Navigating the cliffs of Morro de Toix during the Kayak route in Altea , our guide will show us a series of stairs and shelters that are embedded in the rock and are abandoned. During the Kayak route in Altea , we will be able to see them along the entire route, in the Morro de Toix there were the so-called " canyis " fisheries (currently disappeared) in which they fished from a reed hanging over the water and those of " penya " which are the ones that currently still exist their remains and some of them are accessible by boat being used sporadically today.During the journey we will enter the Cueva dels Coloms. Cave only accessible from the sea and to which we will approach you from our kayak route in Morro de Toix.On the return from the kayak route in Altea touring the Morro de Toix, we will rest in a cove with crystalline waters. We will reach the shore with the kayaks enjoying the turquoise waters where we will disembark and take advantage of it to get energy.

This bus tour takes in some of the most beautiful parts of the Costa Blanca coastline, have a stop and free time in the typical Mediterranean village of Benissa which has a church so big the locals call it a cathedral, a drive through the award winning wine making valley of Jalón and a stop at the caves of skulls. Finishing off with a short stop in the cosmopolitan coastal town of Moraira, this trip has something for everyone. Your journey will start with a pickup by air-conditioned coach from one of the points in Albir, Benidorm, Altea and Calpe. Once everyone is on board, the travelling time to our first stop of the day, Benissa, is around 40 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be given approximately an hour of free time to explore and enjoy the village at your own pace. Benissa is a traditional Mediterranean town, steeped in history with beautiful whitewashed houses and cobbled streets and is home to a church so large that the locals call it a cathedral. After Benissa, you will take a drive through the award winning wine making valley of Jalón en route to the caves of Benidoleig, also know as the caves of skulls, that have their own story to tell. Travelling time from Benissa to Benidoleig is around 40-45 minutes. Entrance to the caves is not included and is to be paid on the day by those wishing to enter. Back on the coach again, you will head to the cosmopolitan coastal town of Moraira which is around 40 minutes drive from the caves, through orange and olive groves and other small villages en-route. Once in Moraira you will be given approximately 45-50 minutes of free time to enjoy at your leisure before starting the return journey along the coastal road to Calpe. The excursion will be accompanied by an English speaking representative who will confirm timings and meeting points on the day. The return journey will be made with drop offs at the original meeting points being made in reverse order starting in Calpe then Altea, Benidorm and finishing in Albir. Activity duration times are only a guideline and can vary.
