The ride on the Hungerburgbahn went smoothly. Unfortunately it is very hot in the cabins in midsummer, there is no air conditioning. The zoo is really beautifully designed and you can see animals that you can't see so well in any other zoo. We observed a black woodpecker at work. The playground at the entrance and exit is also very nice and well-kept.

Everything worked smoothly. Vouchers (preferably printed) could be exchanged for tickets at the Congress station. Hungerburgbahn runs every 15 minutes. When you get to the Alpenzoo station, it's about a 5-minute walk along a paved road. At the zoo, you can go straight past the ticket queue and through the turnstile with your tickets. Small, nice zoo with local animals. A lot of uphill, but also a great view

The Innsbruck Alpine Zoo is always worth a visit. It's wonderful to walk through and watch the animals. To be fair, it should be noted (and must be noted on the voucher!) that the voucher can ONLY be exchanged at the ticket office in the Congress station. And only there! This is not possible with the machine in the Löwenhaus station. Thankfully, the lady was already prepared for this and the exchange went quickly.
