We had a truly wonderful experience at the winery! Estefania took so much time for us and shared her deep knowledge and passion throughout the visit. The way she manages the vineyard organically, with a strong focus on the ecosystem and biodiversity, is truly inspiring. You can really feel how committed she is to sustainable winemaking. The tasting was also fantastic – the wines were excellent, each with great character and balance. The aperitif was something truly special and a perfect way to finish the experience. Highly recommended – not just for wine lovers, but for anyone interested in learning more about sustainable viticulture and enjoying great hospitality.
