Know before you go
- Comfortable clothing and shoes that can get muddy are recommended. Rain gear is necessary
- Minimum age is 16 years
- Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions or anyone with a medical condition that would prohibit cycling for 20km
- Bringing water and a light refreshment is recommended
- Helmets are not supplied and it is not possible to rent a helmet. If you wish to wear a helmet then you must bring one with you
- Tours will be cancelled if a weather warning has been issued within 24 hours of the tour or if the winds exceed 29km/hr or 4 on the scale of Beaufort
- The tour will still operate in rain. Please make sure you are dressed appropriately
- The rental bike will have small bags where you can store your belongings
- All participants will be required to complete a Liability Waiver prior to the tour's commencement
- Please note the bike rental fee (€10 per person) is not included in the price and is payable on the day
