Excellent small group tour (12 people) with Francisco! He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We started at the market, tasted some meat and cheese, then took a small bus to the top of the fortress, and then walked back down into the old town. Our last stop was a tapas and drink (choice of wine, sangria, beer, or sparkling water). Would highly recommend, everything was well organized.
