We started from Ripleys aquarium a little late, as guest were delayed at a previous pick-up location due to high traffic caused by an aweful accident. However, our guide Mike did all he could to get us out of the city into the national park. Unfortunately the AC stopped working at some point, so it got quite warm. The drive is long, but I think it's worth the time. We had a lunch at Canoe Lake (not included) and did a canoe tour. Then we went to another lake were we could enjoy the cool water. We went to the visitor center of alongquin park (very good exhibition) and had a short hike to a beautiful lookout point on a cliff. Mike told us he usually adapts to the group. If all of them are more for hiking he will do longer hikes. We were behind schedule all day long, so time was limited but Mike did an awesome job! We saw a lot and had great experiences. He is a fun and likable guy. I would definetely go for a camping trip with him.

I was keen to explore Algonquin but had no idea where to start, and this tour was perfect! Our guide Mike was really knowledgeable and supportive, but didn't feel overbearing- I was able to explore at my own pace without feeling excessively chaperoned. We visited a range of beautiful locations and explored woodland, lakes and waterfalls. There was a degree of physicality required for canoeing, walking etc. but this excursion is totally suitable for beginners. I would recommend this tour to anybody looking to get out of the city. Thanks Mike for an epic day- it's one that I will remember for a long time!

our guide was Mike and he did an amazing job! He told us a lot about the park and the wildlife there. He new every path and made sure that we could enjoy our easy hiking and the wonderful views… he has an eye for taking perfect pictures and helped us to take great pictures…
