Learn to prepare typical Sardinian dishes during this home-cooking class. Make your way to a beautiful farmhouse in the countryside outside Alghero, where you’ll be welcomed by your friendly hosts. Immerse yourself in regional food culture as you’re introduced to gourmet products and locally-grown ingredients.
Roll up your sleeves and start cooking, learning to make dishes like bruschetta and vegetable fritters. After the first course of gnocchi with lamb ragu, prepare a plate of scallops and roasted potatoes. Finally, whip up something to satisfy your sweet tooth with a soft cheese-based dessert flavored with a hint of orange.
