It is a long day but the mini bus was comfortable for the most part, though it was cold on board. Ales role was to get us there and back. There were 3 different drivers throughout the long day and all were safe. The border time was pretty typical. Abdul was our guide in Tetouan and because he was from there, he knew it well. The main square with the yellow Catholic Church and the Spanish Consulate building was so pretty. Going thru the maze like streets of the walled Medina it was helpful to have Aziz as a "sweep" to make sure no-one got lost. I have been in Medinas in Fez, Dakar and Tunis so I wasn't new to this. Just have to watch you step and work your way thru the people. There were lots of plaques on the walls to commemorate the 15 C Heritage sites. The restaurant for lunch was very nice with some music. We were served a lentil soup, bread and an amazing chicken vegetable tajine followed with mint tea and cookies. This was included in the price of the tour. It was a small group.

I recommend it to everyone. Our eyes were opened, we were very moved by what we saw. The trip is beautiful and thought-provoking. The guide from the Czech Republic, a revelation and great knowledge. I recommend it!

The guides are professionals and did their best for at we will enjoy the trip.Lunch and the restaurant is Maroccan and we enjoyed the Maroccan dance and music they had in the restaurant

We would have liked a slower pace and more time to stop and look at the market inside the medina. Otherwise the tour was good with good information.

Too much time was spent at merchants where our guide was guilting us in spending money. It was very awkward
