Travel from Lagos, and explore the village of Sagres and Cape St. Vincent. You will be blown away by the picturesque views from Sagres, two fortresses and from the cape. You are picked up from your hotel in Lagos and travel towards Sagres. You will visit the picturesque Algarve village and its fortress. Located atop the cliffs the fortress is a place full of history and will provide you with amazing views. From Sagres, you will head to Cape St. Vincent, the most southwestern point of Europe. At the cape, you can see the cape lighthouse and the junction of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. On your journey back to your hotel in Lagos, you will stop to visit the Beliche Fortress, a place with a breathtaking beauty.

Der Ausflug mit unserem Guide Antonio war sehr gut. Antonio hat uns einen super Einblick und viele Informationen zu Portugal gegeben. Die Festung von Sagres sowie der Ausblick vom Capo de Sao Vicente war wunderschön. Zusätzlich hat uns Antonio noch 2 tolle Strände abseits der Touristenhochburgen gezeigt und ist mit uns auch zu einem atemberaubenden Strand an der Westküste gefahren. Wir haben diesen Ausflug sehr genossen. Die Festung ist schön zu besichtigen und die Aussichtspunkte sind atemberaubend! Wunderschönes und grossartiges Erlebnis! Würden wir auf alle Fälle wieder machen und können wir bestens empfehlen! Unbedingt einen Hoodie oder eine Windjacke mitnehmen, da es äusserst windig ist beim Cabo de são vicente (bis zu 20km/h). Unser Guide Antonio hat viel erzählt und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Hat sich auch angeboten Fotos von uns zu machen, sehr lieb :)

There were 6 of us on this trip from different parts of the UK. Our guide, Antonio was very friendly, professional and importantly, knowledgeable about the history, culture and geography of the areas that visited, the chief of which was Sagres, end of the world as it’s the most South-Westerly point of Europe and one more lovey beach which was off the beaten track where we also saw some para-gliders taking off a cliff over the ocean. Worth every penny (cent)!
