    Begin your island-hopping trip with your captain who will act as your tour guide. First, stop at Lighthouse Island, where you can visit its village, get a drink, go to the beach, and explore the neighborhoods of beautiful houses.

    Continue on to Culatra Island for a few hours for a picnic lunch or visit one of the local restaurants. Culatra Island has beautiful swimming areas, if you prefer to play in the water instead of eating here. Stop on the island for 2 hours to enjoy lunch and to explore the village.

    Next, make your way to Armona Island or Deserta Island, depending on the season. In the summertime, Deserta Island hosts a beautiful, wild beach with no buildings. Explore either the Ria Formosa for a swim, or take in the Atlantic Ocean side of the island. The beautiful Armona Island is inhabited all year-long with locals and vacationers. Discover its deserted beach and take in the tranquil surroundings.

    One of my favourite trips during our stay in the Algarve - not only did we get to discover three islands (and I could happily have spent all day on Farol alone), we learned more about the area's nature, spotted a sea eagle and saw a quieter corner most tourists don't visit. Our guide Jose switched seamlessly between Spain, French and English as he piloted us around the lagoon and islands, and was great with my daughter too. Highly recommend.

    The tour was was well run and Guilherme a knowledgeable captain and guide. Good observance of Covid measures. The weather was not great but the direction of travel was adjusted slightly to minimise choppy seas. There was ample time to spend on each island and observe the differences. An excellent opportunity to compare how the island beaches compared to those of the mainland.

    Es war ein traumhafter Tag. Claudio unser Guide war perfekt für die Tour. Er informierte uns sehr gut über die Ria Formosa. Es war super interessant. Es gab drei Halte an verschiedenen Punkten. Claudio empfahl uns ein nettes Restaurant auf Culatra und reservierte uns auch einen Tisch dafür. Man kann sich frisch geerntet Austern bestellen. Ich kann die Tour sehr empfehlen. Carlos organisiert alles vor der Tour.
