Admire the awe-inspiring views of this natural fantasyland. Join your guide on this insightful day tour that will show you the most stunning mountain views, unique fiords, and gorgeous rock formations. Pass by some quaint traditional villages along the way to discover the local culture. The bus will take you from Ålesund, through small Norwegian towns, and, finally, to the Land of Trolls. The first stop will be Kokarsteinen, a great photo spot just above the fiord. Pass by Sjoholt, a village known for its furniture and wood industry, and Valldal, famous for its tasty strawberries. Next, move on to Gubrandsjuvet, a 5-meter wide and 20-meter high ravine where you can walk across a scenic bridge. After that, the bus will drive you to Trollstigen so you can enjoy the majestic view of the natural landscape and fantastic mountain road with eleven hairpin turns.  While driving down the road, enjoy an extra photo stop at Stigefossen, a powerful waterfall with a total height of 240 meters. The last stop will be at Trollvegen, which is Europe’s tallest vertical rock face. Before your adventure comes to an end, enjoy a lovely drive through Åndalsnes.

Take a Fjordcruise/Round trip from the downtown harbor of Ålesund to Unesco Geirangerfjord and enjoy the dramatic landscape that slides slowly past you. Our modern Catamaran has a big outside viewing deck and wonderfull inside area with big panoramic windows. We have a very small kiosk with snacks on board. The boat cruise takes 3 hour each way. In Geiranger you have a stopp and time to explore the village on your own, before the boat will return to Ålesund. the stopp depending on the schedule of the day from 1 - 3 hours. In Ålesund, meeting point the pier, where you can board the catamaran, is right beside the central bus station. Rådhusbrygga. Once on board, grab a light snack/coffe from the kiosk, and get ready for the sights. Put in your earphones, and turn on the audio guide to your language. Watch the waterfalls passing by as you cruise to Geiranger. The final Cruise 16 km-long is the Highlight as you enter the UNESCO site "Geirangerfjord", Enjoy listen to the stories about the people who made there living along the Fjords. Dont forgett your camera as we will slowly glide past the waterfalls "The Seven sister" and "The Suitor". Once you arrive in Geiranger, you have time to explore the village, the waterfall walk and the Unesco World Heritage Center. There is also time for a nice lunch in one of our restaurants close to the harbor in Geiranger.

Alesund is a picturesque town in Norway and is well-known for suffering from a large fire back in 1904. As a result, most of the city was rebuilt and today represents a beautiful, colorful and historic city. Experience the beauty of Hjørundfjord on a sightseeing cruise from Ålesund. Admire the wonderful views and charming villages, including a 30-minute stop at beautiful Øye. Depart from the center of Ålesund on the MS Trolltind Nordic. Enjoy a scenic boat trip with comfortable views from inside and outside on deck. Admire the marvelous views of the Hjørundfjord nestled within the majestic tall mountains known as "The Sunnmøre Alps". Pass by the charming villages of Hundeidvik, Trandal, Sæbø, and Urke before arriving at Øye. Enjoy a 30-minute stop to explore the village of Øye, with its famous Hotel Union Øye, where royals and celebrities have rested for centuries. Afterwards, relax on the return journey to Ålesund.

Our guests will meet the guide at the start of the via ferrata. We have all the equipment waiting for you. You will need to sign a short waiver before we hand out the equipment. Our guides will provide a safety brief and explain how the equipment work. Depending on the size of the group, one or two guides will assist. When all guests are geard up and ready to climb, the guide will start the tour. The whole route is build on solid rock. The wall is facing south with a view to the alps of Sunnmøre, the ocean, islands and the city. First half is the steepest, but it never gets vertical. We have placed foot steps and hand holds where you need this. You will never get stuck, although you should not participate if you are scared of hights. The view get really spectacular once you are half way in the wall. We have build a large bench so that all guests can take a break and enjoy the view. The second half of the via ferrata is less steep, but still with a great view to the city, ocean and mountains. It traverse to the right and up to the famous viewpoint resteurant Fjellstua. Once you arrive at the top the guide will take all the equipment. You are now free to visit the restaurant or simply enjoy the stairscase which take you back down to the park.

From Ålesund, travel across the Giske bridge to the saga island of Giske, the birthplace of the Viking chieftain, Rollo. The municipality was named after this small island because of its historical importance. Giske is fairly flat and fertile with some settlements dating back to the early Bronze Age. Stop to admire and photograph the exterior of the quaint 12th-century white marble Giske Church. Next, travel through a tunnel to the island of Godøy and the picturesque fishing village of Alnes. Visit Alnes Lighthouse where, on a clear day, there is a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding islands. After returning to Ålesund, head up to the viewpoint on Mount Aksla to enjoy the breathtaking views.

You can ask the Fjord Ranger about everything between heaven and earth (or between mountains and fjords). In Geiranger, be driven by bus to the spectacular Flydalsjuvet viewpoint, where you will have the opportunity to take iconic pictures of the fjord and Geiranger. Visit the Norwegian Fjord Centre, which is an interesting information and visitor center on the landscape of the West Norwegian fjords and the Geirangerfjord heritage area. In addition to a large interactive exhibition, there is also a cafeteria and a sale of local artisan products. Anyone who wants to can walk the 'Waterfall Walk' (327 steps) down the magnificent river in Norsk Fjordsenter and back to the ship.

Board your ship in Ålesund and set off into the tranquil expanse of Hjørund Fjord. Cruise through towering peaks and lush, green hillsides and enjoy a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Disembark at Øye and board a bus for your journey into the dramatic beauty of Norangs Valley. As the fjord narrows, the mountains rise steeply, creating a breathtaking backdrop. Marvel at the cascading waterfalls, lush greenery, and charming villages as you ride. Leave your bus in Hellesylt and board another ship. Cruise towards the iconic Geiranger Fjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site celebrated for its spectacular natural beauty. Navigate the fjord's blue waters to see the Seven Sisters Waterfall, the Suitor, and the Bridal Veil. After admiring the sites of Geiranger Fjord from the ship, return to Ålesund by the same route, stopping to explore Hellesylt and Øye on your own before cruising back to Ålesund.

Visit the Giske Church, a 12th-century church built from white marble, located approximately 10km from the Ålesund city center. Head across the water to the island of Alnes. See views of the Atlantic ocean as you explore the fishing island. Stop at Alnes Fyr, a local lighthouse with a cafe. Spend some time in Alnes Fyr Cafe, where you can purchase coffee and snacks. The last stop is the Aksla viewpoint. Here you can take in panoramic views of the city and archipelago. You can stop here to have a coffee or something to eat at Fjellstua restaurant. If you wish to go to the city center, you can end the tour at the viewpoint. Otherwise, you will be taken back to the tour starting point.
