3. Mallorca: Bike Tour Off-the-Beaten-Track

On this 3.5-hour bike tour of Alcudia, discover a tucked-away Alcudia with your English-speaking tour guide. Admire the rustic country lanes in the sunshine. Our route follows the backroads, away from heavy traffic for your safety and enjoyment. Cycle from the meeting point in the Port of Alcudia to the Old Town, which is less than 15 minutes away. Your guide will make stops around town to explain different points of interest. Once back on the bike, pedal out of town and join the coast to cross onto the Bay of Pollensa. There is a pretty stretch of coastline that we will cycle along and your guide will explain about local nature and the uniqueness of this beach and its Poseidon. Leave the main road and enter the wetland of the Albufereta, at the entrance to the Bay of Pollensa. The Albufereta is a natural protected area and a haven for birds and wildlife. Marvel at the peace here and climb on the viewing platforms. See the whole area of marshes and a view of Pollensa Bay.  Next, meander along the country lanes, enjoying the views of the countryside and the seaside. Stop at a rustic farmhouse dedicated to local agriculture. Be served a refreshing glass of fresh juice while your guide explains their work at this rustic estate far away from the bustling tourist center. Here you will taste a local salad with onion, tomato, green pepper, and chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cultivated on this very property. From here we will make our way back to our starting point, at a comfortable pace, without rushing.

As soon as we sat down on the coach Juan our guide came and sat close to us and made feel very welcome, he felt like an old friend. He was by far the highlight of the whole experience, he was informative Warm and very approachable and professional , so good in fact that we booked another Excursion with him a few days later. The Excursion itself was amazing...a lovely air conditioned coach ...and fantastic locations...valldemossa is stunning as is soller And port d soller....wow is all that describe all 3 places. I would fully recommend this Excursion and hats off to my new gest friend Juan...Bravo Amigo

A hidden gem with eclectic exhibits and beautiful gardens. A few tips: (1) Use the location on GetYourGuide and not on Google Maps to navigate. (2) The car gates open automatically (3) The two galleries are closed 2-3pm. The rest of the exhibits are accessible though.
