We were lucky to have Carmelo as our Guide - he lived up to the favourable reviews left by previous excursionists. We weren't disappointed. Pick up and drop off were conveniently located close to the hotel, and pick-up and drop-off times respected. If there was a negative, then this relates to the dissemination of information to some of the excursionists by the organisers, which led to frustrating confusion at the 'base camp' sorting who would be remaining at the lower levels and those who wished to proceed to the summit and tying this in with the programmed activities.

Andreas was a superb guide, very knowledgeable and communicative. The lunch stop was excellent with high quality food and wine and stunning views of Etna. The hike on Etna encompassed unique sights and points of interest. It was great to see the Alcantara gorge on this trip as many tours don't feature it. Again a stunning sight.

We enjoyed every minute of the tour. It far exceeded our expectations, it was our favorite day during our one-week stay. Etna was love at first sight, lunch was in a very cozy vineyard, from where we could see the snowy peak. Our tour guide, Giovanni, was also great, attentive, good-natured, we strongly recommend the program!

Excellent trip! The guide told us colorfully about Etna and the history of Sicily. He was caring and funny, we even got traditional Sicilian recipes and cooking tips during the trip. It's worth going all the way to the top of Etna, it was worth it. The views are amazing! Special thanks to Carmelo🤩

Beautiful day, Angelo exceptional and passionate guide! Etna wonderful, Alcantara gorges we only saw a little bit a bit too crowded with people. Overall a really beautiful experience. Thanks
