**Title: A Delightful Culinary Experience in Alberobello** I had the pleasure of attending a pasta and tiramisu-making class hosted by Maria and Giovannella in their charming home in Alberobello. From the warm welcome to their knowledgeable guidance, they made us feel right at home. We learned to make fresh pasta from scratch, with Maria sharing tips on the best ingredients and techniques. The experience was fun and engaging, enhanced by a few local wines and friendly competition among participants. Next, we dove into creating the iconic tiramisu with Giovannella, who shared fascinating insights about its origins and the secrets to achieving its perfect creamy texture. The intimate setting fostered great conversation, and we all savored our delicious creations together. This cooking class is a fantastic way to experience local culture and culinary traditions. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Alberobello—it's a truly memorable experience!
We were 2 girls traveling, without any language or local knowledge, and chose this transfer solution (we like to explore places by public transport), but since we were going to larger distances for 1 day, this transfer allows us to explore Matera and Alberobello in a much more predictable and relaxed way than with public transport: transfers, connections, delays, etc. This way, there was no stress at all. The organizer contacted us in advance, and then the driver on the morning of the trip: excellent, kind, fast, helpful, accurate communication. The driver drives dynamically, very safely, it seems that he knows the road and the traffic well, 9-seater minibus, excellent, comfortable, we felt completely safe. Excellent meeting points everywhere, the time spent in Matera and Alberobello was adequate and plenty of time for individual exploration, there was no need to rush anywhere. This transfer is the best decision for individual exploration! 😊
The tour was very well organized and mostly the schedule was respected. The bus driver was Rocco and because we paid extra for guided tours in Arbelobello and Matera we had the chance to meet Michela and Pasqualle, both werr very nice. I suggest you to get the guided tour at least in Matera where it is very easy to get lost or miss the best spots. It was a very beautiful day and i am happy we chose this tour.
Pasquale was an excellent guide and very informative which made the tour much more worth it! highly recommend this tour 🫶🏼 The driver was also very kind and it was also an organized tour even though the driver took the wrong route for Matera, it was still worth it ❤️ For that person who wrote a bad review about Pasquale, she ruined the tour for us and not him as he is very intelligent.
It was so fun, from the italian music on the bus, to the beautiful views on the way to alberobello and matera. The tour operators and guides and bus driver are so lovely, they are great at what they do and you can tell they love it too!! Overall a 10/10 experience, even got taralli as a snack😍
