After visiting Sari Salltik, we continue to Kruja city, where we begin our next visit with a guided walking tour inside the Castle of Kruja. The castle houses Skanderbeg’s Museum, dedicated to the legendary Albanian resistance against the Ottomans, led by national hero Skanderbeg in the 15th century. See a replica of Skanderbeg’s helmet and sword in the main hall, along with the flags and crests of noble families who supported him. The guide will provide fascinating historical insights about this significant period. Next, you have the option to visit the Ethnographic Museum, located in a beautifully preserved Ottoman-era house.
