I had an amazing experience on the Northern Lights tour! Lilija was absolutely fantastic—her knowledge and passion for the aurora made the experience even more special. She was incredibly patient, taking us to several locations to ensure we had the best chance of seeing the lights, and her determination paid off—we saw them in all their glory! Lilija navigated the snowy roads with ease, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. To top it all off, the hot chocolate provided was delicious and a perfect treat on such a cold night. This tour was unforgettable, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you, Lilija, for making it so magical!

Graham was a stellar tour guide and provided us with so much more than just getting to see the lights. He changed the night we went out so that we would have better chance to see the lights and got in contact with us as soon as they started to appear so we could head out early. He gave us so much insight into Akureyri and Iceland in general. He was so accomodating and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Me and my friend were lucky to be the only two person on the tour to witness spectacular northern light show, all thanks to Lilja who sped up to “chase” the light. Lilja’s dedication is an important factor to determine an amazing experience for us.

Our tour ended up being private because we were the only ones who booked. It was a great experience. The food was excellent and our guide was well-versed on Akureyri history and we enjoyed his stories. Highly recommend!
