Depart Tel Aviv and travel up the Mediterranean coast, passing by Herzilya and Natanya on the way. Arrive at the first point of interest, the city of Caesarea which was constructed under Herod and named after the Roman Emperor, Caesar. From what remains of the ancient city learn about how it was a prosperous and luxurious city. Among the archaeological excavations, see gateways, a moat, and well-preserved walls and rooms. It was perfect but Akko was little rushed up. We could start from Tel Aviv only at around 8 am. Had we started around 7am from Tel Aviv we could have spent enough time in Akko A bottle of water should be included

Great guide, knowledgeable and professional. We saw a lot of northern Israel and even saw the boarder with Lebanon. Herrods palace was very interesting, along with the Crusaders fortress in Acre.

Aviva was disciplined with time management, equipped with rich knowledge of the history and cultures that matter to the attractions and has a good sense of humor.
