The best way to do your sightseeing. You can start the tours wherever you want, whenever you want and how often you want. You just choose to join a tour in progress, and it will recognize the direction you drive, and it will start from there. If you are driving differently than a given tour, just switch to a tour that is on your route. The only room for improvement that I see is: 1. I still need to use Google Maps to make sure I don’t miss a turn or know how far it is to the next turn. 2. Sometimes, what the guide considered an interesting point one could skip was more interesting to me than the one they considered important. For example, seeing one or two craters for me was enough and skipping petroglyphs or lava fields was not something I would want to skip because of a time crunch. I will use them again.

Unfortunately, it was an abnormally high rain day which limited visibility for most of the activities. Our guide did well given the location closures due to flooding but was able to provide alternative stops. The rain also required our guide to have extra focus on the road and limited some interactions.

Derek was an excellent guide. Easy to understand and full of useful insights. The sprinter van was brand new and clean and three were endless snacks. All the stops were great. Might skip a couple though so we could stay longer at black sands or Volcano.

Scott Regelbruggs was an excellent guide. One of the best ever!! A I couldn’t top him! He’s so personable and kind and funny. I’m sure you hear this all the time!!

Our tour guide Jason was the best! We saw everything from coffee farms to volcanos and stunning waterfalls. Highly recommend
