Full description

The tour starts and finishes in Aix-en-Provence where you will be set up with an Electric mountain bike and helmet. The first few kilometers to get to the mountain are on paved roads and then the route follows different off-road trails. There are various viewpoints to stop at and appreciate the magnificence of the mountain, take videos, photos and have a snack. An E-Bike is a great way to explore the trails and makes the mountain accessible to people of all ages and riding capabilities. The electric mountain bike makes it easy to ride up steep hills and you'll be able to ride areas that you never thought possible. Each route is chosen depending on the skill level of the group.

  • You must be able to ride a bicycle on your own
  • This tour runs in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
  • The tour covers a distance of approximately 25 km, including steep hills and downhill areas.
  • The minimum age is 12 years or a minimum height of 1.50 metres
  • This tour may be cancelled due to bad weather such as heavy rain and if access to the mountain is ristricted due to risk of forest fires
  • You must sign an indemnity waiver before participating in the tour
  • Please inform the local provider of the following after confirmation of booking:
  •  Your cycling skill level (beginner/intermediate/expert)
  •  Your fitness level
  •  Your height (to ensure the correct size bike is available) (minimum height is 1.50 metres)
  •  Any food allergies (some of the snack bars contain nuts)
  •  From August 7 to 11, only French-speaking guide will be available

Vincent was a great guide! The e-bike adventure exceeded our expectations! The start point was easy to find and the equipment was amazing. Vincent was the perfect guide, sharing important information about getting the most out of the bike itself as well as interesting culturalcultural and historical information about the sites we saw along the way. There were four people in our group and this was our first time to use an e-bike. He made it accessible and fun!

Vincent was an amazing guide. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were late to start the tour. He adapted to the time we arrived and made sure that we got to see the beautiful sceneries of Aix-en-Provence before it got too dark. He is very detail oriented and explained the history and culture really well. Overall, the tour was a great experience and I’d recommend anyone visiting Provence and has about 3 hours of time to take the tour.

Vincent was an excellent guide! He was great at reading our group’s ability and tailoring the ride to us. He is full of information about the area and enthusiastic about sharing the beauty of Mt St Victoire. It was our first time on e-bikes—he made us feel very comfortable with his clear instructions. This is an amazing way to experience the countryside around Aix. The scenery was stunning. Very highly recommend this tour!!
