The tour on the Lady Enid was very relaxed. The crew was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, healthy and varied. Unfortunately, after 2/3 of the journey the engine broke down (to support the sails when there was little wind), so we headed for another spot to snorkel (as far as the engine could take us). The water here was very shallow, so you were even closer to the corals and fish and could even see more than on our snorkeling trip in Cairns. While we were eating lunch, the tour company took care of our onward transport. We were picked up by another boat and were still able to visit Whitehaven Beach including Hill Inlet. Great organization despite the breakdowns. We always felt well looked after and cared for. Overall, it was a fantastic, eventful day! We would do it again anytime!
