Agadir: Cable Car Ticket and Guided City Tour

The tour was good. What I liked was the cable car up to Oufella where you have a view of the beach & sea and the rest of Agadir. Although you do need to pay around 80 dirhams to enter the historic sight to see more when you are at the top but most of it is walls and information boards on the history. The journey on the cable cars to and from Oufella was worth it and had stunning views. Mohammed V mosque is stunning. The Souk El Had (big bazaar) is part of the tour but anyone can go there in their spare time. Overall the tour can be self guided and you don’t need a tour guide at all. 3/5 rating.

Pick up was 25mins late but that was not the guides fault. Messages shown, it was communication from the operator to guide? From there on the guide Hamtish (I’m so sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) was very friendly and informative. He explained exactly what we were going to be doing and educated us throughout. We drove through the marina area and to the cable cars and up to the monument. At the monument he educated us on the history of the area and we were able to engage with the camels… enjoying a ride and photos! After this we headed back down on the cable car and made our way to a mosque, whilst there he went through the culture and its history. After this we visited an argon oil shop, inside the shops we were shown how it is produced and then an opportunity to buy however, no pressure. After this we were taken to the souk market 3000+ stalls! We were asked how long we would like there and we were picked up afterwards. Overall a very friendly, informative tour around Agadir x x

A great, exclusive tour in the excellent company of an English-speaking guide who took us around the sites in Agadir and gave us interesting facts about the city, the country and the culture, as well as teaching us useful words in Arabic :) Everything as described, on time and professional. Good value for money. Highly recommended!
