Things to do in Affi

Depart Lake Garda and journey towards the Dolomites mountain range, stopping en route in the towns of Moena or Cavalese. Get some time to window shop and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate before traveling to the Pordoi Pass, 2,240 meters above sea level. Get stunning vistas of the mountains, including the summits of Marmolada, Sella, and Catinaccio. Enjoy some free time for lunch and soak up the views.  Then, visit a typical mountain resort in the afternoon and discover the wood carvings and beautiful wooden buildings of the village of Ortisei. Buy a souvenir from the Dolomites in one of the delightful shops before the return trip to Lake Garda.

Excursion by A/C bus with a guide. Early morning departure in a northerly direction towards South Tyrol. Together with our guide you will reach the Pordoi, having first crossed the Fiemme Valley, Canazei and Moena. At 2,240 meters of the Pordoi Pass there is free time for lunch. In addition you will have the opportunity to take the Belvedere cable car and climb up to the "Terrace of the Dolomites" (2.950 m) from where you can admire a breathtaking panorama with the most famous peaks: the Marmolada (the so called Queen of the Dolomites), the Sella and the Catinaccio. Later the trip will forward to Val Gardena where there will be a stop in the traditional alpine village of Ortisei. In the afternoon return via Bolzano and motorway to Lake Garda.

Start with pickup from a variety of meeting points around the Lake Garda area and travel by bus to Verona. The transfer will be from 2 to 1 hours depending on the departure point. Once arrived in Verona, the tour guide will accompany you to the Arena, in the city center. In the booking is included the ticket for Opera in 6th sector category (numbered seat on stone steps). The opera is about 3 hours long. Enjoy an evening of classical music at the iconic Arena di Verona. Luciano Pavarotti, Maria Callas, and many other tenors and sopranos from all over the world have had the pleasure of singing and performing in this theater, one of the most famous in the world.
