The tour with Giorgio was a real treat – not your typical city tour, but a personalized, in-depth look at the creative and authentic side of Tbilisi. Giorgio is super well-connected and knows the local street art scene as well as the cultural and social background. He answered EVERY question patiently and with impressive knowledge. From the trendy Fabrika district to hidden courtyards and large-scale street art – visually exciting and with lots of insider information. The exchange was open and personal, so we spontaneously stayed out longer than planned. A special highlight was the traditional bazaar: an experience for all the senses with local specialties such as smoked cheese, sweets, chacha, and wine. Here we saw real life away from the tourist trails. Giorgio is well known in Tbilisi – his friendly manner made the tour something special. Conclusion: Highly recommended for anyone who wants to see Tbilisi away from the standard tourist routes.

The tour is beautifully crafted, allowing guests to discover Tbilisi through the eyes of a local, without having to do a marathon just to check off a list of places to visit. The tour requires almost 3 hours of walking, but you won’t even feel it because the experience is so interesting and my guide, Nodari, is so engaging. He always asks my preferences and ensures I get as much information as possible about Tbilisi and the country in general. Nodari also provides great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. It’s a bonus that he takes excellent photos and is always willing to take your pictures. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour — I believe it’s the only one you need to visit the famous attractions in Tbilisi.

We had an amazing tour of Tbilisi with Nodar, who was a fantastic guide. Since we did the tour at the very start of our trip, it was the perfect way to get to know this wonderful city. Tbilisi has so much charm, and thanks to Nodar’s great tips, we were able to enjoy it even more during the rest of our stay. The tour was well-paced and delivered exactly what it promised: showing us the 3 sides of Tbilisi: the touristy highlights, the historical areas and the alternative neighborhoods. It was a great mix that gave us a real feel for the city’s diversity and character. Highly recommend it if you want to explore the many faces of Tbilisi with a guide who clearly loves what he does

This is an intelligently designed tour that progresses you in a way that you are able to absorb the history and the cultural breadth of the city. We had a very talented guide so that it was like being shown around by a super knowledgeable friend. And it really gave us a leg up on deciding where we'll want to visit and eat during the rest of our visit. The complimentary shot is interesting ... but if you plan to partake, you might want to have a little food in your stomach beforehand ;)
