Depending on the season, we’ll witness the fascinating olive oil production process firsthand. 11:00 | First Stop – JC Bravo Winery: We’ll visit JC Bravo, a family-owned winery deeply rooted in the valley. Here, we’ll savor their award-winning Cariñena grape wine while exploring their historic underground cellar and learning about their rich winemaking heritage. 11:45 | Second Stop – Adobe Guadalupe Winery: At Adobe Guadalupe, we’ll ascend to wine heaven, tasting celebrated varieties like Serafiel, Rafael, and Kerubiel. Each sip tells a story of excellence and tradition. 12:30 | Third Stop – Torres Alegre Winery: At Torres Alegre, home to the acclaimed "White Key" wine, we’ll indulge in a tasting session while taking in breathtaking terrace views. Pure perfection in every sip. 13:15 | Fourth Stop – Viñas de Franne Winery: The setting at Viñas de Franne is nothing short of spectacular. Here, we’ll enjoy a bike ride through the vineyards—an unforgettable blend of nature, wine, and adventure. 14:00 | Fifth Stop – Chateau Camou Winery: At Chateau Camou, we’ll save the best for near the end. Known for their bold, sublime wines, this stop promises a tasting experience like no other.

9:00 a.m. See you at the agreed place (Ventana al Mar, flagpole) if you come from the ship. 10:00 we arrive at Valle de Guadalupe Olibaja place. 10:15 we adjust and give indications of the use of the bicycle and the correct way to circulate on the street. 10:30 We will visit the olive oil production plant. If it is the production season we will see its process in person, if not we will only get to know it and taste the oil. 11:00 We begin our experience towards the vineyards on paths suitable for mountain or electric bikes that are not traveled or little traveled where safety is essential (the use of a helmet that we provide is mandatory). 11:30 We will arrive at our first vineyard. JC Bravo. We will taste a Cariñan, unique in the Gudalupe Valley, no one else produces 100% Cariñan. We will get to know their underground cellar and they will tell us what they do differently in this vineyard. 12:15 Departure for our second tasting. 12:30 Arrival at Adobe Guadalupe, where the angels receive us in a delicious way: Uriel, Serafiel, Kerubiel captivate with aromas and flavors of 4 exceptional wines. 13:15 Arrival al Torres Alegre, In this vineyard, in addition to its beautiful view from its terrace, we will taste the best white wine. A year of aging in French oak barrels makes it unique. We will have the pleasure of eating a cheese board from the region. 14:15 The last vineyard, we will save the jewel in the crown for last. Chateau Camou, its wines are excellent from the simplest, Umbral, to the most sophisticated, Gran vino Tinto. 15:00 Arrival at Olibaja. 15:45 Arrival at la Ventana al Mar.
