Full description

Go kayaking through Adelaide's Dolphin Sanctuary on this guided tour. Get up close and personal with one of the ocean's most playful and friendly creatures.

Upon arrival, demonstrations and all equipment will be provided. Travel at a comfortable pace since you don't need any prior kayaking experience.

Start your tour by kayaking your way through 10,000-year-old mangrove-lined creeks, which are the ultimate feeding grounds for dolphins due to the seagrass, saltmarsh, tidal flats, and creeks. See the sanctuary's abundant birdlife and intricate ecosystem.

You can also paddle close to shipwrecks that have been abandoned from a bygone era. It's a special experience that simply can't be replicated.

It was amazing, the weather was perfect, the guides were so friendly and happy to help for first time kayakers. Learnt so much about the marine life in the area, both fauna and flora. Definitely wear waterproof or no shoes, plenty of sunscreen and water. Definitely coming back again, and recommending the experience to everyone I know!

Had a fantastic guided kayak tour the information we received was informative and the whole tour was well worth doing. Great seeing the dolphins up close and the detours into the creeks was great finding out about the mangroves and manoeuvring round them and the other kayaks was a test of your paddling
