Learn to prepare an authentic Japanese meal in an apartment in central Tokyo. Roll up your sleeves as you enter your host's kitchen to make dishes based on traditional family recipes from miso soup to nikujaga and chirashi sushi.
Get an introduction to the essential ingredients of Japanese cuisine like dashi, miso and mirin and prepare a meal that will be served on beautiful, Japanese dishes. After cooking together, you will share a delicious homemade meal with your host at the dining table over conversation about food and life in Japan.
