We are one half expat and one half American who combined, have very little knowledge about Taiwan and Taiwanese culture/history. Caleb was the consummate professional for the entire 8-hour tour. In addition to being polylingual, Caleb was kind and sensitive to our needs. He made us feel comfortable conversing in two or three different languages at a time, depending on our needs. He has a passion for his craft, which is evident in the knowledge he has about the history and the culture past/present of Taiwan. He was responsive to our requests and anticipated our needs, which made the entire day very enjoyable. By the end of the day, we felt as if he has become a good friend we would visit again!

Ms Bruce was very nice and the perfect tour guide. He did the reverse tour and it was perfect for a family with small kids. This mean we don't need to go at the same time when most people will visit the tourist sites in Northern Taipei. He was also a good photographer. I will definitely recommend Mr Bruce. Harry was such an amazing guide! He always gave us the full context of wherever he was going, the car ride was smooth and the conversation we had about the food, culture, and traditions of Taipei (and Northern Taiwan) were very illuminating - this tour is highly recommended whether for first time visitors or second time visitors like us! He also knew the best places to eat - also the best places to take photos! Not so much my thing but my mom really appreciated that. Thanks again Harry!
