I’ve learned that when visiting historical sites, the experience is exponentially improved if a knowledgeable guide can highlight important facts and give context and background. Georgia was amazing! She gave our group of 6, including my 3 sons in their early twenties, an in-depth tour of Akrotiri. She gave us the perfect balance of history, details about the site itself, and information regarding what the archeologists have been able to piece together based on the findings-all in a very interesting and engaging manner. I highly recommend Georgia as a guide for anyone visiting Akrotiri!

She also posed many questions to us which was helpful in gaining a better appreciation of the site.
