Fabrizio was the perfect guide. The food tour was a great introduction to Palermo, with a great balance of iconic sightseeing, exploring the street market, learning and eating. Being able to ask Fabrizio for recommendations both during and after the tour via text made our trip feel fulfilling, stress free and authentic.

We got to discover the city in a very interesting way. Not only did Fabrizio guide us through the food market - he also introduced the city in a very non-classical way to us and told a lot about the city history and habits. The market is worth a visit but the experience is so much better when a knowledgeable person gives you the hints and tells with humour about the culture of the locals. It was one of the highlights of our stay in Palermo and is absolutely one of the top 5 things you should do in the city!

Fabrizio provides a unique experience with a tour around Palermo from a locals perspective. He guides you through the historical streets of the city, provides the history and stories along with tastes of the silicon market along the way. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the city.
