This trip was excellent. Guide Joseph was friendly, knowledgeable and and excellent host/guide. He provided useful information and advice at each point. He also made the time pass quickly with lots of interesting information. The coach was warm and comfortable. The driver was excellent, we went in the extreme weather and he was amazing. The hotel was clean comfortable and we stayed on the Canadian side of the falls. It even had a swimming pool!The falls are beautiful. We got time on both sides. The stops were also excellent with good choice of food options. The mall was also excellent lots of bargains to be had. Cannot fault this trip. Excellent value for money. It is a really long way you need to stay overnight, it is excellent value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone.

For what you get it’s a great price. You don’t have to worry about anything, the staff take care of if things for you. The only thing I would say, if you’re not sure of the information on their website you need to ask questions. They are good about getting back to you in a reasonable time.

Fantastic experience! Everything was run so smoothly, plenty of stops planned so the journey was broken up. Was brilliant being shown round the falls on the American side on the first day - added bonus was staying in the hotel on the Canadian side and being able to see the falls at night from that side. Everything about the trip was fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone considering booking.
