There was no factory tour. You could only visit the showroom, which you can do without a ticket, and you could watch a vase and a unicorn being made of glass. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. While the glassblower was working, a guide told something about it in English. There was no German, although we chose German in getyourguide. Then you could go shopping in the showroom with a 10% discount on everything with yellow and white signs. You got a 50% discount in the jewelry department. It was very nice, but we would not do it again. The name "factory tour" is simply not true and in Murano there are countless glassblowers with the door open and you can watch without paying.
